Grammy and Dove Award-winner David Phelps returns to the OPAC stage for the third time, but his first as the solo featured performer with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra. Phelps’ endless vocal range and his gift for communicating a song has brought the house down in the world’s most prestigious venues. This Oxford appearance will feature Phelps performing songs from the pop, Broadway and inspirational genres on his newest recording, “Stories and Songs Vol. II,” including orchestral arrangements by Pops artist-in-residence and OPAC director of music education Julio Barreto. The proven combination of David Phelps’ voice and the artistry of The Atlanta Pops Orchestra promises to be an unforgettable evening of music!
