Loretta Lynn - An Important Message

Dear Patrons,

It is with great disappointment that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we must issue a cancellation notice for An Evening with Loretta Lynn originally scheduled for March 17, 2018.  

Our team is working hard to secure another excellent artist for your enjoyment and we plan to announce the details of another concert to you as early as next week. Realizing that Loretta Lynn is an irreplaceable artist in a venue’s schedule, we understand that some patrons may not wish to attend a concert by another artist.  


Currently, we anticipate providing the following options to ticket holders beginning next week:

A) If you wish to attend the newly announced concert, you will have your same seats at the same price.  Your existing tickets for the Loretta Lynn concert will be valid for the new concert.  No additional action will be required. 

B) If you do not wish to attend the newly announced concert, a full refund will be provided via the original purchase method beginning in early February.  For patrons who purchased tickets with credit or debit cards, a refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the tickets originally.  For patrons who purchased tickets with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to the original purchaser via USPS certified letter.  

We appreciate your patience as we finalize plans for both a new concert and refunds for patrons who wish to receive them.
