WHY SHOULD I BUY MY TICKETS THROUGH GROUP SALES?

As a group leader, you will receive a range of benefits such as discounted tickets to most of our shows, priority seating, exclusive access, flexible payment plans, personalized customer service, and more. Your group will experience a delightful outing filled with pure entertainment.

I DON'T BELONG TO AN OBVIOUS GROUP. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM A GROUP DISCOUNT?

Groups can be social organizations, family gatherings or reunions, fundraisers, girls' nights out, corporate outings, meet-up groups, or simply anyone looking to assemble a group of 10 or more to enjoy the same seats for less than the usual cost.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MEET THE REQUIRED GROUP MINIMUM FOR A SHOW? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

If you're unable to meet the required group minimum for a show, we're here to help facilitate your group order. We can provide promotional materials such as flyers, video links, and e-blasts, or set up online group purchasing options. We're also willing to meet with your group in person. Alternatively, if your group prefers to purchase their tickets individually, we can supply a promo code for you to share with your group members, family, and friends. Whether you're a first-time group leader or a long-time valued patron, don't hesitate to reach out for assistance. We're here for YOU!

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A GROUP ORGANIZER?

We offer Group Leader incentives depending on how large a group you organize. They include things such as complimentary tickets with Signature Club access for another show (for the organizer and a guest).  

HOW DO I RESERVE GROUP TICKETS IN ADVANCE

Reserving group tickets at the Oxford Performing Arts Center is straightforward. You can:

HOW CAN I BE SURE I'M GETTING THE BEST PRICE FOR MY TICKETS?

To secure the best prices for the best seats, it's advisable to plan in advance and make your reservations early. Please be aware that some shows provide early bird discounts.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

For all orders, a non-refundable deposit ranging from 30% to 50% is required. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice detailing the due dates for both the deposit and the final payment. If tickets are reserved less than 21 days before the show, full payment is required at the time of ordering. Please be aware that certain shows may have earlier deadlines for final payments. To benefit from early bird discounts, payment must be made by the public on-sale date for all shows.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Alternatively, you can pay using a corporate or business check, which should be mailed to: Oxford Performing Arts Center; Attention: Group Sales; PO Box 3383; Oxford, AL 36203. Please be aware that OPAC does not accept cash payments except in person in the box office.  

WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY FOR ALL OF MY GROUP'S TICKETS AT ONCE?

We provide a payment plan that enables you to reserve your group tickets in advance without an initial payment. A non-refundable deposit will be required shortly after you place your order, and the full balance must be settled six to eight weeks before the show date. Please note that some shows may have earlier deadlines for final payments. To take advantage of early bird discounts, full payment must be completed by the public on-sale date for all shows.

WHAT IF I NEED TO ADJUST THE NUMBER OF TICKETS IN MY CURRENT RESERVATION?

You can change the number of tickets in your order at any time, provided you meet the minimum required for the show. Please note that prices may vary for additional seats depending on the current rate at the time of purchase.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GROUP TICKETS?

After your payment is fully processed, your tickets will be sent to you using the delivery method you selected during the order process. Available options include standard first-class mail at no charge or free Will Call pick-up. For orders placed less than 14 business days pick-up will be available at Will Call.

WHERE CAN WE PARK OUR BUS?

If you're planning to bring your group by bus, please inform us in advance. We will provide you with detailed information about designated bus parking spaces, as well as convenient locations for dropping off and picking up your group. Our goal is to ensure that your arrival and departure are as smooth and hassle-free as possible, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event.
