When you buy tickets or new subscriptions directly through OPAC or our website, rest assured your investment is protected. In the event of a cancellation, we guarantee a full refund. Your support allows us to continue being a vibrant hub for the community and advance our mission of fostering connections through the arts.

Should your event be rescheduled or postponed, we offer flexible options. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may request a refund or easily transfer your tickets to friends or family.

For rescheduled performances: Please retain your original tickets, as they will be valid for the new date. If you cannot make the rescheduled date for any of the performances listed below, we provide alternative solutions such as account credits or refunds.  

For postponed performances: Hold onto your tickets while we determine the new date. We realize plans can change, so we will reach out to ticket holders with details on how to obtain a refund or credit for a future event.

Buying tickets from secondary marketplaces can mean paying inflated prices for tickets that may not even be legitimate.  Only tickets purchased directly from OPAC are eligible for our OPAC Promise.  Learn more about how to buy tickets safely and securely below.

With the increasing popularity of events at the Oxford Performing Arts Center, we've noticed a concerning trend: more patrons are falling victim to unscrupulous ticket resellers. These resellers often list our tickets on secondary websites at prices significantly above our standard rates—sometimes double or even triple. Purchasing tickets through these unauthorized channels not only costs you more but also carries the risk of the tickets being invalid. If a ticket bought from such a source is deemed invalid, it will lead to a refusal of admission without any possibility of a refund.

• Call Our Box Office: Speak with a representative by calling 256-241-3322. Our team can help you choose the perfect seats and answer any questions you might have.
